Question: What is the craziest thing you have done in your life?
Answer: Well, I’ve written a book! That’s pretty crazy! But if you want me to dig deeper, I’ve had my share of interesting experiences. Like the time I told a guy in college that I had a crush on him and then found out he had a girlfriend. That was pretty embarrassing, but looking back, it made me braver and I realized the fear in our minds is often greater than the actual moment or outcome.
Crazy Experiences being Inspiration
Sure, it was embarrassing, but I got over it quickly and I would’ve regretted it if I hadn’t done it. This is something I try to adapt in every area of my life. So what if it is embarrassing? If anything, you’ll have an interesting story to tell. And then maybe you can write a book…
Learn to Laugh at Yourself
But no matter how embarrassing the moment, learn to laugh and smile at yourself. I’ve learned to accept and embrace my own quirks. It’s what makes me unique. Perhaps my quirky sense of humor is what contributed to some of the dialogues and scenes in Enchanted Silence.
Every single person on this planet goes through embarrassing experiences. It is how you:
- Grow and discover yourself
- Use Your twenties as a perfect time to experiment and laugh at yourself
- When you look back, you’ll talk about these crazy moments with your family and friends
When you can laugh at yourself, you open your heart and learn to be gentle not only to yourself, but to your loved ones.
