I got a trainer last year around November. It was one of the best decisions I made! I’m in relatively good shape, but still have some fat on my body, especially my stomach area. Instead of working out mindlessly at the gym coupled with my confidence taking a hit in my personal life, I decided to sign up with a personal trainer.
Got Amazing Results!
I signed up for about 10 sessions. And they were pricey! I found the best personal training facility in my town (according to Yelp reviews) and went for it. My trainer, a young guy named Jeremy, was awesome! His expert advice and training caused me to shed around 10 or more pounds. I looked much thinner and toned. More than that, mentally I was sharper and could focus better. I also had regained my confidence.
I signed up for another 20 sessions and those ended sometime in early April of this year. I got busy with my book and personal life, so I stopped.
But I Found Myself Slipping Again….
I made giant strides in other parts of my life, but somehow physically, I felt like my energy was going for a toss. I wasn’t feeling that excited about going to the gym. Though I hadn’t gained any weight and took care of my dieting, I hadn’t shed any more pounds either.
I couldn’t focus as well either. I didn’t feel so fresh as well.
Owned My Desire
For two months, my mind battled whether I should go back to my trainer. It would help me become more energetic and go through the weight training I no longer did. I only ran at the gym on the tread mill after my training ended. I kept thinking it would be expensive and how could I make the money appear.
But then, I decided to own my desire. I listened to my intuition. It was telling me to go back to my trainer and get more toned.
The Money Shows Up
When I owned my desire and showed up fully, the money came to me. And it always does. Somehow, the money came and I enrolled with my trainer again. And this time for 50 sessions!! I hope I look like Shakira by the end of it…
Own your desires and let the Universe take care of the how’s and when’s.
