6 Easy, Breezy Ways to Tell Someone You Love Them!

March 30, 2015 by Priyanka Leave a Comment

Have you told someone you loved them? You probably did. Once, twice, or frequently? I know growing up, I wasn’t used to expressing affection and love openly.

Tell Your Loved Ones You Love Them

Tell Your Loved Ones You Love Them

No one in my family hugged or kissed each other. We had awkward hugs instead. Not that we didn’t love each other, but it wasn’t shown enough.

As a result, I became uncomfortable with expressing affection to my friends and men.

I wanted to make it easy for you, so here are some fantastic ways to express your love to someone.

Tell Them You Love Them Directly

Don’t doubt or hesitate! Just tell the person you love them straight up! You’ll be amazed by their reaction.

You’ll feel great that you did it.

Cook Their Favorite Meal and Tell Them How Much You Love Doing it For Them

I love doing this actually. Now that I enjoy cooking, I love cooking a meal for a loved one.

If you know their favorite meal, then you can cook it for them. You can even whip up a special cocktail and present it to them. There doesn’t have to be any occasion. They will love you for it!

Tell Them They Are Special to You

Simply tell them how much they mean to you and how special they are to you.

Give Them A Surprise Gift Out of the Blue

It doesn’t have to be a super expensive gift. Maybe you’re at the grocery store and you see their favorite chocolate or ice cream flavor. Or you see a pretty piece of jewelry! It can be anything.

Write a Handwritten Note or Card

This can be incredibly touching. You can pull out a post-it note and jot down a sweet message. Believe me, it can really warm their heart.

Hug and Kiss Them

Physically demonstrate your affection! Sometimes, this speaks louder than words.

What is your biggest takeaway from this post? Please share with me in the comments!
