Let Your Truth Draw You In…

I am now a lot less affected by other people’s opinions. This includes romantic partners or family’s opinions. While I highly respect their opinions and emotions, I have found that by surrendering to life, my truth has drawn me in and wrapped me around her gorgeous waist.

For many years, I knew deep down what I wanted to do with my life. But I kept running away. I wanted to immerse myself in a sea of creativity. But every time, I let my fears and anxieties take over. My truth would whisper to me and before it could say anything louder, I made my heart shut up.

Every time I made it shut up, my inner voice became a notch louder. And before I knew it, it was screaming at me. I could no longer ignore that voice.

Feeling Free & Powerful

I gave in to my truth. My truth of living a creative life is being fulfilled every moment of my life. When I wrote Enchanted Silence, I knew this was my truth because everything somehow fell into place perfectly. It was like the Universe was aligning me with what was my destiny.

Conferences popped up that were perfect for my novel’s genre and I found out on time. So I went to those conferences and pitched to agents who expressed initial interest.

When it was time to get my manuscript edited by a professional editor, some personal things were going on with my family and I was concerned about the cost. But I did find the perfect professional editor who did a brilliant job and I was able to pay for her services reasonably.

I felt so free and powerful. When I surrendered, I allowed my truth to find me and guide me. I didn’t need to know when or how. My truth would figure it all out.
