I bought some guided meditations and play them during the night before going to sleep. I play them especially when I’m feeling stressed and need to bring myself back to the present moment.
I highly recommend listening to guided meditations. What is a guided meditation? It is a form of meditation where you are verbally guided into a state of consciousness by the recording of a voice or person’s live voice.

It allows you to let go and release any tensions. It’s one of my favorite ways to deal with stressful situations. Scientific studies show how your brain is positively influenced with meditation.
Dive Deeper into Your Body
The tense energies lie in different parts of your body. It can be in your stomach, chest, shoulders, neck, etc. Meditation allows you to dive deeper into your body and become still. You can pinpoint exactly where the pressure lies in your body and relieve it.
Tap Into Your Creativity
Another favorite of mine is to get my creative juices churning by meditating. When you are trying too hard, your creativity is suppressed. It’s a great way to free up your energy and generate creativity.
