When you wake up, go to work, come home and eat dinner, and finally fall asleep, your life feels like it’s moving on auto pilot. I have often felt this way. I would lay awake to the wee hours of the morning and wonder there had to be more to life than this.
I craved intellectual stimulation in my life. I yearned for a deeper meaning amidst my job, family, relationship, and friends. I’ve stifled this desire over the years. But you know when out of no where, something pulls you with so much power, that you have no choice but to listen to that inner voice even against your own will?
That was what happened to me. I was Stuck.
I was stuck in my life. I didn’t know where to move. And I had created this life for me. Going to office and being stuck in a routine. It may be for others, but it’s not for me.

How Do You Move Forward Then?
That’s a great question. You take baby steps. You start to pay attention your emotions. You don’t dismiss them anymore. It’s your heart’s way of telling you something.
Have you ever noticed how attuned a baby is to their body and needs? If the baby wants to eat, he waves his hands frantically in the air for his mommy or cries. If he is thirsty, he’ll immediately make sounds.
I don’t mean you should cry or wave your hands like a baby! But wouldn’t it be wonderful if you could listen to your desires as effortlessly as a baby? Well, you can! This is what I did. I started to listen to my most heart felt desires and transform my life every moment.
How do you move forward when you feel stuck in life? Please share with me in the comments.
