When You Open Up, Life Opens Up

September 5, 2014 by Priyanka Leave a Comment

“The more you open yourself, the more life opens up.”

Keep Yourself Open.

Keep Yourself Open.

Someone said this to me two days ago. And it couldn’t have come at a more perfect timing. A lot of new, wonderful things have been happening in my life recently. I can sense I am going through a transition period that is taking me to where my destiny ultimately lies.

I feel happy I am moving forward, but in this transition period, I have gotten so busy, I am not making time for the daily habits I had developed. Like writing in my gratitude journal, saying affirmations in the morning and night, and listening to inspirational radio shows (Especially Connie Chapman’s Awaken Radio. I just love it! I highly recommend it to anyone as a wonderful resource).

I found myself slipping and becoming closed off. I was thinking too much and not feeling enough. Not relaxing enough and letting go.

Life is like the handsome guy giving you the eye and flirting. It’s up to you to take the chance.

So when this gentleman told me that the more I open myself up, the more life would open up, it stopped me right in my tracks. I needed to go back to supporting myself and keeping myself open, so more love and positivity could drop into my life.

Life would take me wherever I wanted, if only I could keep myself open and receptive. It’s like the handsome guy, giving you the eye. It’s up to you to catch his signal and take the chance! So I am going to keep myself open and go back to my supportive practices.

So, handsome guy, hold my hand. I want to take this chance with you!

Have you been feeling closed off? How have you been supporting yourself so you can be more open? Please share with me in the comments.
