Living in the moment and trusting the process are very important things in life. You should surrender yourself and let things unfold as they are meant to. However, it doesn’t mean you should stop having a strategy. Having an overall effective strategy in life will help you steer the driving wheel of your life in the right direction.
Having a strategy means having a general idea of what you want in life. You don’t need to know the specifics, but you should have an overall strategy on how you want to get somewhere and what you want to do.
For example: I envision myself writing full-time, being involved in films, and traveling. I do not know exactly how and when it will happen, but I do know that having some kind of strategy right now will help me reach it.
Helps You Plan Long-Term
I am thinking of things I can do to help me actualize this vision of my life. I am also trusting and surrendering to the process, but I have created a list of things I can do now to help me create this reality.
For example: I am working with a content marketing expert to attract my target audience to my website and novel. This way, I’ll have created a buzz for my novel which will help it become a success.
Keeps You On Track
Living in the moment is beautiful, but I want to make sure I am also on track. When you have an effective strategy, you’re able to stay on track and make the most of your opportunities when they come your way.
Make the Most of Your Energy
Every moment, your energy and time is being used. And they are very valuable, so use it wisely and make sure they add to making your vision a reality.
