When you go through the events and situations of your life, there is a tendency to label everything. Instead of labeling everything, why not just accept things unfolding with full submission?
Don’t Label Your Feelings and State of Mind
This is a lot easier said than done. When you see things unfolding in your life, you want to label everything. It’s either good or not.
You do this to your feelings and state of mind as well. If you feel great, everything is wonderful. If you feel angry or sad, then you may tell yourself to not be a cry baby.

Simply Accept What is Unfolding In Front of You Right Now
Why can’t you accept you feel great? Why can’t you accept you feel angry or sad? There is no need to slap a label on it. Full submission to what is unraveling in front of you will help you deal with your feelings, but also ironically see an objective view of the situation.
When you label, you end up showing a lot of resistance. For example: If you don’t feel good that a guy hasn’t called you, accept that he hasn’t called you. Accept that you don’t feel good. Because when you do accept the situation as it is, your mind and heart will clear up and you’ll have a better grip on what to do next.
