Pangs of Nervousness & Anxiety
Today is Sunday and I can feel the pangs of nervousness and anxiety rolling around in my stomach. I wish I could turn back the clock so it could be Friday again. But alas, I can’t.
My mind is feeling cluttered with so many thoughts. Am I going to get everything done this week? Is it going to be smooth sailing?
Truth Be Told, I Was Feeling Intensely Scared
I am feeling overwhelmed. And lost. I am searching for reasons why I am feeling this way. I want to get down to business at that moment and start on the things I want to complete this week. But I’m not feeling it. My heart is not ready. I am not in the right state of mind.
I am going through some things in my personal life. I feel kind of alone. I am looking for some support. I wouldn’t like to admit that to myself, but I could feel the energy of that word fluttering in my heart.
There were too many unknowns. What was going to happen?
Through my experiences this year, I have learned that when you start to feel these overwhelming, intense emotions of anxiety and fear, that instead of closing off your heart, you should make more of an effort to keep your heart open. No matter how hard or painful it can feel, keep your heart open.
The typical response is to shut yourself off. But allow yourself to feel whatever you are feeling freely and honestly. No judgment to yourself.
I then took a shower and cried my heart out. I immediately felt better. Just like the blood that circulates in our body to keep us alive, I felt my energy expanding and flowing gently. Bringing me support and kindness and nourishing my soul.
Connect to Your Divine Feminine Energy
Instead of forcing yourself to do something or feel something, let your energy flow openly and lightly. Let yourself be pulled magically and silently by this enchanting force. Drop into your soul and drench your senses to find your own answers within you.
When you feel inspired to take an action, then do it. Not just for the heck of it. I decided I was going to go with the flow of how I was feeling and do things as I felt inspired to do them.
Because when you take inspired action, you drop into your soul and are more connected to your divine energy. Embracing your feminine energy means going with the flow and keeping your heart open. Not pushing. But letting go so you can receive the answers when you feel inspired.
What are your thoughts on connecting to this divine, feminine energy? How do you allow it to move and inspire you and keep your heart open? Please share with me in the comments.
